Marco serves as the Vice President of Sales at HomeRiver Group, bringing over 15 years of expertise in sales and operations leadership. His background encompasses sales transformation, property management, maintenance management, brokerage, asset management, and revenue management within the single-family asset sector.
Guided by the mantra "Effort = Results = Opportunity," Marco is passionate about building and expanding large, multi-market teams with an emphasis on scalable, repeatable processes. He excels in developing exceptional leaders, leveraging technology, and creating scalable enterprises. Additionally, he cultivates a diverse and inclusive workplace that encourages team members to bring their authentic selves to work.
Previously, Marco held key positions such as Senior Vice President of Operations at Hudson Homes Management, National Director of Leasing at FirstKey Homes, and Director of Sales & Operations at Thryv.
He holds real estate broker licenses in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Management degree.

Chase has been with the company for over 5 years and has held different roles, servicing all sides of the property management business. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with an emphasis in Business Management and Marketing.
